Korean MTV Talent Show contestant sings 'Strong Enough'!

In Korea, MTV is hosting a talent contest, and from what I can garner from the badly translated article, is called 'Kara'. The contestants must take on various missions and perform mini-concerts each week in order to be saved from elimination. This week, one of the contestants sang Stacie's beautiful self-written ballad 'Strong Enough', and received rave reviews for her performance!

More 'Oz' Tour Dates added!

Hi all! Well, all you lucky American Stacie Orrico fans are in for a treat - 'Oz the Musical, Starring Stacie Orrico' is heading to a theatre near you! And for those people confused at seeing Diana DeGarmo, ex-American Idol contestant, everywhere on the Oz the Musical website, don't be confused - Diana WAS playing the role of Dorothy, but now Stacie has taken over the role!

Stacie to star in Oz!

Wow! It seems Stacie has been one busy bee lately! If you didn't already know, Jarvis Church let 'So Stacie' know a few days ago that they're working on her new album at the moment, and with this musical as well, it seems that Stacie has got a lot going on at the moment - how exciting!

Hopefully either Stacie's official website or MySpace will finally be updated soon, so we can be kept a little more informed!

P.S. Tour dates for the musical, which features Stacie in the title ("Oz the Musical, Starring Stacie Orrico"!) are posted on the right-hand side of the website! I wish I could click my heels and suddenly be transported to the US for a day to go see Stacie in Oz!!!

Life on MySpace!

Sorry I didn't report this earlier! Not big news, but the Stacie Orrico MySpace page has been logged in to - the first time for 2009! :-P

As far as I can see, no changes have been made on Stacie's MySpace website, but if we keep our fingers and toes crossed REALLY HARD, we hopefully might see some updates in the near future!

VERY exciting news - new album confirmation!

Hi all! I've got quite exciting news for y'all! A while ago I got into contact with Jarvis Church telling him how much we loved the duet he did with Stacie Orrico, and whether he knew when a new album was coming out from Stacie. I've just received a reply, in which Jarvis very kindly has let us know they're working on her new album right now!

With 'Light Years Apart' being a little taster of what's to come, and Lady And A Tramp also confirming that she's in New York recording, I cannot wait for album number four! Apart from 'Do For You', the duet Stacie did with Jarvis last year, Jarvis and friend Brian West (known as Track & Field production team) also produced the title track from Stacie's stunning 'Beautiful Awakening' album!

I LOVE the soulfulness of Beautiful Awakening! This is fantastic news, and I can't wait for album number four!!!
